Now that our Yoga classes are online we realise the necessity to make sure you maintain awareness during your practice and keep your self safe from injury.
If you have any new or existing physical conditions please make sure you let the teacher know at
the beginning of the class. You can do this verbally or by email (in which case the email needs to
arrive at least 3 hours before the start of the class).
These online yoga classes and videos, documents and other associated content (hereinafter

exercise, you should stop the exercise and seek advice from a physician or physical therapist.

access our Content and you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the link and password.

Sara has been a movement enthusiast her whole life. She initially taught martial arts with Tang Long Kung Fu Schoo and qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015, working with Matt Roberts, where she learnt about rehabilitation alongside physiotherapists.
