Now that our Yoga classes are online we realise the necessity to make sure you maintain awareness during your practice and keep your self safe from injury.
If you have any new or existing physical conditions please make sure you let the teacher know at
the beginning of the class. You can do this verbally or by email (in which case the email needs to
arrive at least 3 hours before the start of the class).
These online yoga classes and videos, documents and other associated content (hereinafter
inclusively referred to as ‘yoga classes’) are produced by Akhil Gopinath When you purchase our
yoga classes, you agree to this Terms of Use and Liability Waiver.
The information in our yoga classes are for educational purposes only and are not intended to
provide a medical diagnosis or substitute for medical advice. The exercises in our Yoga classes
are intended for people with average or good health and are looking to improve strength, body
awareness, balance, blood flow and sensation. However, we make no representations, guarantees or warranties that the information or exercises in our Yoga classes are appropriate for you or will result in improvement of your medical condition or function. The information in our Yoga classes are by no means complete or exhaustive and therefore does not apply to all conditions, disorders and health-related issues.

pain or cause you to have new pain or new symptoms. It is normal to experience some soreness
after doing an exercise you are not used to doing. However, if you have pain and your pain
increases, moves to a different location or new or different symptoms arise after doing an
exercise, you should stop the exercise and seek advice from a physician or physical therapist.
When you complete the purchase process, you will receive a Zoom link that will allow you to
access our Content and you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the link and password.

Sara has been a movement enthusiast her whole life. She initially taught martial arts with Tang Long Kung Fu Schoo and qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015, working with Matt Roberts, where she learnt about rehabilitation alongside physiotherapists. After a motorbike accident, she discovered yoga and travelled to Kerala and Rishikesh in India to complete teacher training, where she met her husband and fellow Yoga Mapp teacher Akhil Gopinath.
