Nina’s yoga practice keeps her fit mentally, physically and has helped with sciatica and lower back issues. For Nina yoga helps her and her students to bring awareness to alignment, how the body moves and a deeper understanding of the physical self, both intuitively and through a regular practice.
Nina’s classes are accessible to all levels and she is passionate about offering community classes and workshops in her local area in South London, supporting minorities to find solace in yoga.
