Nikki teaches yoga with a real awareness and connection to your breath. For her it is all about feeling and breathing in the posture and through this, coming back to yourself.
Nikki works with yoga props so her classes are for absolutely everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or already have a regular practice, you’ll adapt and find exactly what you need both with your practice and from her classes. You will hold and be in the moment, work with your breath in pranayama and Nikki will give you a nice long relaxation at the end so you can leave your mat feeling rested, refreshed and restored. Â
