Mary is passionate about yoga, mindfulness and inclusive, sustainable wellness practices that contribute to wholeness. She loves the ripple effect of power and presence that flows into her life after class. Mary offers heart centred, energising and fun classes weaving philosophy and the truth of impermanence into each class. Half Egyptian and having taught Bedouin Women on her travels, she is available to teach yoga to Arabic, Muslim women and Refugees. In 2019 she  completed trauma informed training with Our Mala.

Background

Mary had been attending weekly classes with Grace Barry Tait, while working in advertising, helping her balance the frenetic environment and manage her anxiety. Each class left her feeling transformed and with a burning desire to teach, which she eventually did in 2011. Mary is also a practicing Body worker, offering Reiki, Deep Tissue and Indian Head Massage to ease stressed bodies and minds.
