Annie’s mission is to help us on our journey to find the best version of ourselves, finding strength mentally, physically and emotionally. She always adapts and modifies her teaching to allow everyone to feel included and welcome in her class, without exception. Annie loves the philosophy, mythology, the breathing and the asanas (postures)…everything yoga has to offer! It all brings such strength to the mind, body and spirit. It brings her pure joy watching us as students grow in our practice.
