Anja loves to teach Vinyasa Yoga because she loves the creative, versatile and playful nature of the practice. Anja’s teaching style is dynamic yet flowing. She aims to find the right balance of powerful poses with calm relaxation. Based in Hamburg, Germany, Anja has been teaching on Zoom in German since the beginning of lockdown and loves the ease of practising and teaching online. She enjoys the benefits of both worlds, the real-time connection and real people in the comfort of a home studio. No matter where we are, we can connect with yogis from around the world.

Background

Anja was inspired to teach yoga after practising with Ashtanga teacher Jake Bohner. She Ioved the discipline and routine even after her first class and went on to complete her teacher training from Sampoorna Yoga in Goa in India.

By making a booking, I hereby agree to the following:

  • That I am participating in a Yoga Class / Yoga Workshop / any other form of offering offered by Anja Villa Yoga during which I will receive information and instruction about Yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, physical exercise and verbal adjustments.

  • I agree to assume full responsibility of all risks, injuries and damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in a Yoga Class / Yoga Workshop / any other form of offering offered by Anja Villa Yoga.
  • If I am pregnant I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.
  • I understand that Anja Villa Yoga is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of my personal property while participating in a Yoga Class / Yoga Workshop / any other form of offering offered by Anja Villa Yoga.
  • I will inform the teacher (Anja Villaverde) if there have been any changes in my medical / health condition which might affect my Yoga practice.
