Aimee loves the accessibility that teaching online provides, particularly for learners who may have found yoga with the masses a little daunting. Whilst she is a teacher and a guide, as students we are our best teachers and this is what Aimee encourages us to focus. Aimee adopts a down to earth, nurturing approach and provides a safe, open, vibrant space for you to connect with yourself, whilst also maintaining a community feel to her classes.
Inspired by the teaching styles of Yoga with Adriene and Tim Senesi, Aimee began her training in 2018, qualifying in Bali. Her classes combine breathwork with movement. She is also a singer/songwriter and her background in power lifting and weight training has taught her the importance of caring for her body. Amy believes the practice of yoga allows you to tap into your inner energy and wisdom, motivating you to be kinder to yourself and everyone around you.
